Laurie Vincent grew up in Maidstone, Kent. Currently living in Brighton, Laurie is a guitarist and vocalist of Slaves, English punk duo and have won prizes for albums such as: 'Are You Satisfied'.

The artist has produced artworks for Slaves gig posters as well as album covers.

Laurie is a unique painter works of his have been shown in various venues and art galleries around the UK such as A-side B-side Gallery and Whistleblower Gallery. 

His paintings are enriched with, bold and cultural references,

Resembling influences by artists like Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring and many more. 

 

Laurie works with paints, ink and printmaking to produce both strong new work. Laurie has also produced a very successful clothing range.
